Deviation Actions
We haven't had a whole lot of activity here at TheTitlePage, but that's alright - this is something of a novelty group, and was never one I expected to be especially full of flurries of found poetry. It's something you try every now and then, or when you stumble across a particularly cool title that's just begging to be turned into a poem. Personally, I think little groups are great for niches
Still, it's nice to remind members that we are in fact alive every now and then, so we're hosting a mini-contest! But we aren't composing poems this time - this time, I want you to go out into the wilds of deviantART and find a piece with the most unusual, beautiful, or creative title.
Rules
Three suggestions max.
Please submit your suggestions by note to TheTitlePage, and we will move them into the proper folder.
You suggestions may not be taken from the favorites section of TheTitlePage.
I know it's the holiday season, but this is not a strenuous contest - you have two weeks to get your entries in. This contest closes on January 1st.
To keep things from being too overwhelming, I'd like your suggestions to be from within the last year only. Check the submission date and be sure it's from 2013!
I made a rainbow.
50 to the winner!
25 to second!
10 for third!
And, since I've offered this elsewhere, all winners can request a bookmark from me.
If we're successful, I may make this a recurring thing say, every month, changing up the criteria each time. One month for literature-only titles, another for digital art, title poems... We'll see! Now, go forth - your quarry awaits!

Contest?
Hi guys!
So there hasn't been much activity around here, but I want to change that in the next few months. I'm thinking we should have another contest! Thing is, I don't know what type of contest it should be, so I'm putting the decision up to you guys:
Do you want a big contest like our first one, where you actually make a piece?
OR
Do you want a small contest like our second one, where you suggest titles?
Comment below with your preference, or if you have thoughts about a different kind of contest, let us know! Thanks for sticking around!
Mini Contest Results!
Well, since we only had three contestants in the contest, I guess everyone who participated gets prizes  Due to the lackluster response, I’m giving all three of them 100 points:
BlakeCurran (https://www.deviantart.com/blakecurran) suggested the following titles:
You're a Heart Attack In Black Hair Dye
I'd Die If Only I Died Yours
Enigma's Paradise
GuinevereToGwen (https://www.deviantart.com/guineveretogwen) suggested the following titles:
Paradoxes in her bones
I Take My Shower at Sunset
i don't think im alive enough to die yet.
And camelopardalisinblue (https://www.deviantart.com/camelopardalisinblue) suggested:
post-apocalipstick
Thank you to all three of you :D Perhaps the holiday season got in the way of entrants – I’ll give this contest
Recognize!
Hey yall! We're not dead! :XD:
TheTitlePage (https://www.deviantart.com/thetitlepage) is a group that more or less runs itself - unless we want to host a contest or prompts, I don't have much to do except accept submissions and make sure they're going to the proper folder. I don't see any reason to spam the members so I can make the group look active. But I'm taking a moment to bring these pieces to your attention:

camelopardalisinblue (https://www.deviantart.com/camelopardalisinblue) and RestlessSands (https://www.deviantart.com/restlesssands) have both recently (as in, within the last three days) received a Daily Deviation for their title poems! I've been ridiculously chipper from the beginning that my little project has gone
Title Poem Contest Winners!
We've had a bit of backlog in the judging process; we appreciate your patience!
But there's no need to wonder any longer - let's cut to the chase and announce the winners of TheTitlePage (https://www.deviantart.com/thetitlepage)'s first contest!
First Place

Teeter by SeaPlume (https://www.deviantart.com/seaplume)
In addition to being a fully cohesive title poem, SeaPlume (https://www.deviantart.com/seaplume) makes wonderful use of formatting,
mirroring the theme of balance and rocking between two places. SeaPlume (https://www.deviantart.com/seaplume) had a goal in mind
and made the titles she chose work for her, not the other way around.
Second Place

rock bottom, ocean floor by Sammur-amat (https://www.deviantart.com/sammur-amat)
